DOCTRINES OF DEMONS--JESUS EXPLAINS THE RISE OF SATAN'S EVIL EMPIRE

The Rising Tide of the Evil Empire of Darkness--Now, turn back with me to 1 Timothy 4. Both Paul and John warned of the increasing influence that the evil empire of Satan would pour out as mankind hurtles towards the climactic final rebellion against God. Paul explained that the last days would be times of evil spirits. 1 Timothy 4:1-2 (NKJV) Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,
Move on to 2 Timothy 3, where Paul continues to identify these times as when we realize Satan’s plans for the “last days”. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 (NKJV) But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
Then, God continues to warn that Satan will work so hard at snaring, deceiving, and neutralizing believers that the horrible condition of Word-lessness will lead to world-likeness.
