How to make LEGO capes

For the hole capes to cut in you can use a tool that they use in note paper that cuts a nice circle on the paper so it should also work on this 💪🏼🗿

Remember! You can use regular paper for this! Just do the same thing with a blank sheet of paper and color it with some coloring utensils such as markers, pencils, or crayons!
