500g Bread flour (3½ cup)
200ml Milk (warm) (¾ cup)
7g Yeast (1½ tsp)
90g Sugar (½ cup)
2 Eggs
50g Butter (at room temp.)
1/4 tsp Salt
Orange zest (from 1 Orange)
Filling:
100g Pecan (½ cup)
2Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Salt
100g Brown Sugar (½ cup)
5g Cinnamon (1Tbsp)
40g Melted Butter (3Tbsp)
