After losing my wife to cancer I turned to drink, drugs, food, gambling, cigarettes you name it. Three years on and very unhealthy I quit everything I am on day 49 and struggling, not sleeping and the devil throws temptation at me and I just awoke around 5am singing this 😮 ... 🙏

I believe that the world is in such a parlous state simply because we no longer attend Church services, we do not recite this Psalm in school anymore and we no longer hear this emanating from halls during choir practice.
We have forsaken God and for this we are paying the price.

Psalm 23 helped get me through a very dark period in my life. I was manipulated into an abusive relationship with a pathological liar and Narcissist who revealed their true hateful, demonic self at the end. Please don't waste your time and energy on broken people who have no genuine love or empathy to give. God wants you to be happy and will help you if you put your trust in Him and let Him guide you. ❤️🕯️
