I used those same tile levelers when I did my living room. I think about it every day because I kicked one too hard and it hit my brand new TV and left a permanent spot!

I was planning on remodelling my bathroom but when I found out I was up against 7 inch thick concrete slabs in between the floors I decided to let a pro do it. It isn't always feasible to do it yourself but to those that are able to, hats off to you!

“Homeowners DIY”. I admire people that can do this but any one of these projects would on its own would have sunk me.

I know it is more about technical execution, but in the design side I recommend avoiding rolling the whole room in tile floor to ceiling. Good for an industrial bathroom for its utility, but at home it creates an acoustic well magnifying every sound, if you know what I mean. Love your other choices like a floating toilet and wall faucet.

LOVE how you completely cut the shower floor in before mixing ANY mortar. THAT's the way to do it. So much faster and cleaner. Right ON dude!

Wow! This turned out fantastic! DIY projects have such a satisfying feeling when you complete them, but this is next level. The Sink, the toilet just on the wall, hell the walls, the shower floor design.... I can't pick one! Incredible work. Bravo!
