Errata: At 12:25 I miswrote the expression for "f^{-1}({y})." I wrote "f^{-1}({y}) = {x in X: f(x) in Y}" where I meant to write "f^{-1}({y}) = {x in X: f(x) = y}."

Bhaiya I want advice from you that when I am solving mathematics problems in an open manner means I have a problem I am thinking about that problem from many stand points then that process is very curious and interesting and most of the time I am able to get my answer but when jee is concerned because of time limit I can't think it in many diff ways and I have to somehow narrow down all the paths to some very specific routes like a mechanistic robot which don't sound very interesting and don't match my nature of enjoying and creatively doing math is my observation correct because in jee 1 attempt I face this problem and because you have passed this exam so to have your opinion on that observation so that I can prepare myself in that way for second attempt
