The biggest problem is, how do you control the folks who get to "decide" what "disinformation" is? How do they get kept in check if there's no "accountability" if they are wrong?
If there is "accountability", who gets to "decide" what that "accountability" looks like without backlash from the folks who wanted to push that "disinformation" and should those folks be "accountable"? Its a never ending issue, maybe "planned" to "work" that way in "someone's" benefit?
