Galatians 3 requires you to speak the truth. That puts women out right there cause none of them could tell the truth to save their life.

True, women should not be public speakers either. A man has his place in this world and so does a woman. It doesn't mean the woman is subservient to the man it simply means we must know our place.... when women start doing what men do, it causes an imbalance, which has serious consequences in life for the woman, her husband, and her children. What people don't understand is that being a pastor is not a position of authority in the church but a gift of the Spirit. There were no pastors assigned to any church in the new testament ever. Pastors are actually mentiones in Ephesians 4 as gifts of the Spirit that God gave to the body for its growth in love. Women can shepherd others. They can and they are currently female pastors and teachers. What they shall not do is acquire a position of authority in the church, like being an bishop, an overseer, elder.

"Therefore the Scripture says, “Having ascended to the height, He led captive those taken captive 👉and gave gifts to men👈.” (Now this, “He ascended, ” what is it except that He also descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended, He is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens that He might fill all things.) And He Himself gave some as apostles and some as prophets and some as evangelists and some as shepherds and teachers, For the perfecting of the saints unto the work of the ministry, unto the building up of the Body of Christ, " (Ephesians 4:8-12)

Women are not called to be pastors. Not as a leader. They can teach children and other women. I have never heard anyone pronounce Galatians that way either.
