This looks really good sir. Just one suggestion for you is if you are looking at a WUXGA projector which has a primary ratio of 16:10 then try to math up your projector screen to have the same ratio. This will reduce your amount of picture frame adjusting because they will naturally line up with each other.

Just thinking out loud. Regarding the objective to easily transition from announcements to live sermon, have you considered using vMix with NDI outputs /inputs combined with shortcuts and triggers?
