After the pandemic, many companies realized that they don't need to keep the employees at the office, and many can work remotely. That means all of the bay Tech Bros with their unlimited cash will now have to compete with the techies from other countries who can work a lot cheaper from their laptops there.

Years of failed and shortsighted local leadership, now continuing with false promise initiatives like affordable housing (won't even scratch the surface, will reduce inventory and increase prices for everyone else) and social housing (you can't cheat the market).

It's strange listening to this story because these single moms dress well, fat and overweight and have plenty of money for beautiful nails. They have different priorities.

Ok here's a tip, if you cannot make ends meet with PLENTY of money left over each month, do NOT have children, you cannot afford them.

Inequality growth? Really?! So tell us NBC Bay Area. When was the time we saw “equal growth”? Like it or not, we cannot grow without inequality.
