A Fixing Double Act it's the DuoPower from Fischer Fixings

Показать описание
We found this great solution to fix sheet materials to solid or cavity walls during a visit to Jack Pennington. The DuoPower from Fischer fixings works with almost any building material.

The Fischer DuoPower is an intelligent 2-component plug with three product functions. The intelligent universal plug is suitable for fixing in all building materials. This allows a variety of applications with just one plug. The Fischer DuoPower adjusts itself automatically to the building material and transfers the highest loads through the three product functions of folding, expanding and knotting. The very good feedback from the plug when screwing the screw in generates extra security. The Fischer DuoPower 6 x 50, 8 x 65 and 10 x 80, because of the larger anchorage depth, are particularly suitable for fixings in hollow building materials, aerated concrete and for bridge plaster.

I love Fischer plugs, I've recently used the SX range for some heavy fixings and they were a dream to use, def worth the premium in the price for peace of mind!

Been using these for years, they are a decent plug and just as important look much better than the cheap ones so gives you more of a premium professional look to customers..

Fischer's marketing for these anchors is rife with illustrations of the deployed plug all perfectly balled and twisted. I have yet to see one duopower anchor take that shape.

I think I should see if one of my family members made this

Ah!! Do you should keep tightening even when the screw is at full depth until the rawl plug flares enough that one can screw anymore ?

Have you noticed with Fischer plugs, it’ll say what size it is but takes a little more impact to drive the plug into the surface than other plugs ?

Let’s see the strength of these pieces of plastic next to a titen bolt.. I’ve never once seen a drywall anchor been used to anchor a rim plate Down before

When a product is so bad, even in the video it looks bad.

Wouldn't the metal ones grip the wall of the hole better? I'm sure I've seen those anchors with a softer metal were the plastic is on the anchors in the video.

supongo que cuando una las dos maderas, esta mal pues el tornillo sigue girando y el tarugo ya no se comprime

Stopped using plugs a couple of years ago. Premature collapse & other BC requirements make them fairly obsolete.

Fisher plugs are just quality. I threw out all my stupid brown, red, yellow, plugs. You know the ones that come attached together like Airfix kits. Garbage
