Again some priceless insights Kevin. I understand the importance of coil for power but coming across the ball to add more spin is very insightful.

Great video again Kevin! The one shot I find breaks down most in matches is my single handed backhand. I find it’s a combination of poor footwork and a stiff wrist. Any tips for fixing that?

Great Teacher .. Can you recommend a racquet for agonists that helps the execution of the backhand?

Does the toss need to be more to the side compared to a toss of an arm that goes pointed only to the back fence?

Good video! Personally I find it useful to think about the tossing side. When my tossing arm actively reaches straight up over my head, it helps produce a better shoulder tilt and coil. When my front side / tossing arm gets lazy, that is often what causes me to not coil enough and start pushing serves long.

you also need to drop hitting shoulder so that it is below non dominant one. drop shoulder and rotate

When l try to add spin the ball just spins and has no power. It doesn’t even go over the net. How do I fix this. Do I need to hit through more??

i am a badminton player and i do play tennis as well. but i fail to understand how players after so many years of training in tennis fail on the irst serve. i myself try to do the fast or kick serve during the first attempt and i am able to succeed 3 out of 10 times. which is not bad since i see the players also are not consistent with that.. so is it so tough to practice for fist serve to go right 90 percent of tiem.. i mean if you see ALCARAZ and few players are good with ACEs but not the girls or other men players.. not sure.. about it..
