You have to perform same steps for Configuring Folder and Volume Quotas using file server resource manager on Windows Server 2019.

Part 3- Configure File Screening on File Server Resource Manger-

Breif Steps for Configure Quotas With FSRM:-
1-Create Quota template.
2-Create Quota based on Quota template
3-Test the functionalilty of Quota

We have divided File Server Resource Manager in 2019 video series into 4 parts:-

In First Part you will see Introduction of File Server Resource Mananger on Windows Server 2019 and Features of FSRM & atlast Installation of FSRM in Windows Server 2019.

In Second Part you will see how to configure quotas with FSRM and configure a quota based on the quota template and later we will check the functionality of quota template on client machine.

In Third part you wil see how to create a file screen and how to create a file group on File server resource manager.

In the last and forth part we will test the file screen and will generate on demand storage report.

When you check at 3:43 the <<auto apply template and create quotas on existing and new subfolders>> does that mean, if the folder c:\QUOTA had inside 10 sub-folders, the sum of data of folder1 folder cant exceed 100mb or each subfolder can contain up to 100mb of data which in this case would indicate that the c:\QUOTA can hold up to100mb x 10 sub-folders = 1gb of data???? It is 2 different things what I mentioned above
In the first scenario each of the ten subfolders has a limit of 10mb so the c:\quota has 100mb
in the second scenario each of the ten subfolders has a variable mb in order for c:\quote not to exceed the 100mb
