The problem here is- he was making murals that were actually done with skill. Look at the painting they showed in his home and how intricate that was. The garbage painting we see everywhere is done by amateurs with no talent, scribbling on buildings in use. THAT is what makes the city ugly.

Maybe put this much effort into stopping the open air drug use, or human trafficking… smh
