I had Nord 1 year ago on my PC, when overseas, turned on my PC didn’t work, emailed Nord not live, took them 24 hours to reply back, after many emails trying to get it working took a lot of time out of my holiday, I couldn’t ring them, and I asked them to ring me, they don’t ring people emails only was not happy at all, what a waste of money and time, would advise people to use another VPN service.

What a refreshing review of NordVPN! I am a happy customer of theirs for 2 years now and am getting sick and tired of these YouTube reviewers who bash them all the time saying they don't know the owners, or the CEO or where they are located etc etc. It is all readily accessible online if they search for it. Yea they had a minor security breach in 2018 but not a big deal as it turned out to be unusable encrypted info. No company is immune to that possibility. This is an honest, upfront review and I thank you for that! Great thorough review thank you!
