I had this dream once that within me there were many angels and many demons. There was a gate that separated them. For some reason in the dream I understood that the gate was not to keep the demons out but if I decided to open it then the angels would finally be free to ‘reunite’ with the demons. So I opened the gate and all the angels flew down to where the demons were and found their exact match. 🫣☺️ they were all so happy they kept dancing in pairs in this spinning rotation over and over.

When I was a child my mother associated many of my bad behaviors with demons. I said it's me, she said no, she controlled me a lot, my childhood and adolescence was a prison. I started to feel many presences but I didn't associate them with good things because of my mother's influence. Had horrible dreams including paralysis upon waking. Growing up, I related to people just to conquer my desire for freedom and to be away from my mother. All my relationships have been very painful. I think I may have had influence because I always felt powerless over my own life. Today I always try to be aware and make better choices considering others.

As a Christian, i must say i love this video. I really love and agree with Teal's ending statements about taking ownership of one's thoughts and actions and understanding the work that must be done is against ones feeling of helpless and/or hopelessness.

After my last breakup, it's been on my mind that my demons served a grounding purpose. And that while polarizing, the polarization created an opportunity to focus on one of those splits.

Teal's teaching reminds me of Jung's theory of "archetypes" - formed through the repeated experiences of humanity throughout history. They are the result of common patterns and themes, that have been passed down from generation to generation. Archetypes emerge from the collective unconscious, and become imprinted in the individual psyche -- they influence our thoughts, emotions, and behavior, even if we are not consciously aware of them -- they provide a framework for how we perceive and relate to ourselves, others, and the larger world -- they also manifest in the form of archetypal images, symbols, and motifs that appear in myths, dreams, art, literature, and religious and cultural traditions. These symbolic expressions provide a means of accessing and connecting with the archetypes, allowing us to tap into their transformative and healing potential. Jung believed that exploring and integrating these archetypes into consciousness is essential for psychological growth and individuation. "Demons" would be the lowest frequency of these archetypes.

As someone who grew up in a conservative Christian environment and regularly experienced nightmares, night terrors, and sleep paralysis episodes that were blamed on demons, this is an amazing explanation! Although I was blamed for "inviting them" by my actions, I realized when I stopped living in FEAR of "evil" entities, the night terrors stopped.
