My Dad’s Army layout is completely DCC. This includes the locomotives, the turn outs and the fiddle yard. Walmington-on-Sea is a three board layout that fits into the boot of a small car for exhibitions.

I have DC but I have ordered 2 new locomotives with DCC so I will be able to run them on the model train club I belong to.

I find DCC not practical on my 4'x4' HO layout with only a couple locomotives. DCC is cool, but it is not very handy on a small layout like mine.
