Soy free vegan bacon 🥓 in my opinion, the thicker pieces were best, they all had flavor of bacon but the thin ones became too crispy, which is good if you like crispy bacon. I like mine somewhat chewy and crispy but not too crispy if that doesn’t sound crazy 😂 i think the rice paper & tofu mix gives the most realistic texture of bacon, video linked next to the arrow!

Ingredients:
Soy free Tofu
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp Liquid smoke
1/2 tsp Vegetable stock
2 tsp Maple syrup
Paprika
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
Black pepper (on top)
