I still need to try making the rice paper bacon! I just recently saw a video where they also used seitan/tofu to kind of create the fat, it looked interesting. Thanks for the video!

Oh, question...in video you say ½c water and your written recipe says ¼c. I will go with ¼c. Just thought you'd like to know if you hadn't already noticed. Maybe you found ½c works better?
