I have never boiled lasagne sheets before, just add them sheet by sheet in the layering process.

People should be aware Parmesan cheese isn't vegetarian it is made with animal rennet which comes from the stomach of a calf, lamb or goat. If you want to make this vegetarian you need to substitute that.
