you got it about half-right for the SNES Mini. Only 21 games are officially available for the Mini, and the only JRPG that's missing is _Chrono Trigger._ You completely missed _Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts, _ and _Kirby's Dream Course_ (don't ask me how that ended up on the Mini), and I don't think anyone actually expected Star Fox 2.
