My pros and cons of each:

1000
+ Solid, sturdy construction.
+ Console that started it all
+ Bigger battery
+ Customizable analog nub
+ Works better than other models if you have big hands.
- Bulky
- Screen isn’t as good
- UMD drive can malfunction

2000
+ Slimmer
+ Improved UMD drive
- Smaller battery
- Screen’s improved but still not the best

3000
+ Best screen (IMO)
+ Button redesigns
+ Microphone
Tbh I can’t think of any cons

GO
+ Highest portability of any model
+ Bluetooth
+ Replaced proprietary charging with standard cable
- No UMD drive
- Probably the worse console for big-handed people

Street
+ Cheapest model
- No wifi
- Cheaply made

I have a hacked PSP Street, bought for $10, working great, 6-7 hours of playtime, 128 GB SD card, all possible emulators, PS1, PS2, NES, GBA and etc. Really no need for wifi, it is light, easy to handle, great job Sony

In my opinion, I think the PSP 3000 is the best model since the color range of the screen is wide and better.
