I've been using these dinners for about a year now. Suddenly two of them will not turn the lamp off. They will turn them on but not off. Why would that happen? How can I fix it? Are they just junk?

I purchased more than 20 smart switched and outlets made by Jasco around 2017 during my renovation. By today all of them failed. One by one (blinking and clicking). And no help or even remorse from the customer service. I hate Jasco with all my heart. Will never buy any product made by Jasco or GE (parent company). Keep away from Jasco and GE.
