i really really love nicole's vids! she's such a chill person who loves everyone but also set boundaries for herself which i really like. plus she's so organized in her life, makes me inspired to do stuff like that too!

anyway this is my morning and afternoon/night routine because why not

morning :
-wake up (on schooldays ill wake up to an alarm at 5:45am or earlier, but if it's on weekends my body naturally wakes up at 8-9am)
-brush teeth
-wash face
-skincare (my face doesn't rlly need any expensive products just a random moisturizer, sunscreen and a lip balm will do)
-stretch/workout
-breakfast

afternoon/night :
-get back from school (only on schooldays)
-freshen up (schooldays also)
-have a small snack
-do homework
-chat w/ friends (sometimes)
-10 minute-workout (im an active person so if i dont get to workout or stretch in the mornings ill try to do 5-10 minutes of body movement regardless if i have time or not, its good to move your body thru-out the day!)
-shower
-wash face (i must wash my face 2 times at the very least per day cus if im outside for more than 3 hrs my face can get super oily so)
-skincare (again its just moisturizer and lipbalm)
-last screentime
-sleep

sometimes if im super lazy on schooldays or if im just super extremely busy like on mondays, i just skip most of my routine even though it's fine cus it's only for a day but i still feel dead if i dont go thru my entire process of my routines.

I get where Nicole gets her positivity from, her mom is absolutely stunning! The way she asks her about her energy and how she’s feeling is so comforting. Also the fact that she’s on FaceTime with her most of the time encouraging her with everything ❤
