Good tips.
I find if you're patient there's deals coming up regularly on plenty of shows.
I've seen 6 fairly big shows this year all for under £30 and most of them were in the front of the stalls.

Great Video….. 3 additional thoughts (1) hadn’t thought realised of single seat tickets but (literally) this afternoon I have £33 (60+% off) to see Sister Act at Palace Theatre in Manchester (2) have used TodayTix Rush tickets before but they can sell out within seconds at 10am ….BUT the tickets aren’t sold, only reserved and will be released if not paid within @8 mins …. So trick is to repeatedly check @8mins later as seats may come back on market (3) I appreciate not available for everyone but if you have a CEA Card the discounts can be substantial (£25 for good seats at Old Vic….. Delfont Macintosh and ATG also give great discounts)
