Given that 4 Sigmatic costs around $32, I believe that I will stick with Eight O’Clock from Kroger, brewed a little strong in a French Press and just black.

Light, Medium, and Dark roasts actually have nothing technically to do with the colour of the resulting brew. It is about roasting time and does affect the colour but does not guarantee the colour. They were named by primitive people because of the result in colour but is not a jurisdiction of classification. A medium roast can easily be darker than others dark roast. Even when the medium roast has a shorter roast time. It depends on the beans being roasted and you said the CAF is a blend of unknown beans types.

With the Four Sigmatic, most of the use by the hosts and advertising is for the Instant coffee they make, which imo would be the better way to get the most of the added medicinal properties, but also worth noting and maybe doing a review on their instant line. Those are only 50mg caffeine per serving I think

Just bought some (shroom coffee) . Tastes pretty good to me! We'll see how it goes. It does seem a bit smoother and less acidic than regular coffee, which is nice.

I listen to a good amount of JRE so i ordered Black Rifle a year or two ago, but I remember being disappointed by the quality of the coffee. Glad it wasnt just me lol. Good video!

I’ve been putting coconut milk powder, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika, blk pepper and a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper, for years. It’s delicious. I also often drink the Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee, and occasionally a product called “BioCoffee” which already has flavoring and is sweeter than the mushroom.

I actually enjoy the Black Rifle Coffee. I get the beyond black. I look for a more bolder taste in coffee though. To each their own.

Thanks for your time and opinions! Love the video... I've recently tried one of the Four Sigma, and I'm thinking that I like it. I tried the orange bag, with Mental focus and energy. I watched a video with someone trying the Ryze and Beyond Brew and I didn't like what I heard so I'll continue my search and maybe try the brown bag of Four Sigma. Thanks for your video!

I drink Four Sigmatic coffee every day! The Lion's Mane instant, and the ground "Balance."

I think the other roasts from Black Rifle are good. Instead of trying the extra caffeinated stuff, just get a light or medium roast blend from them. Seems to taste pretty decent to me.

Thanx, I wanted to try some of that stuff but you talked me out of it. Good thing too. I typically just enjoy a light roast Ethiopian pour over or aero press. Hold the gimmicks.
