What is one style mistake you made for a long time?? I think one of mine was for sure #2, or maybe one that I didn't mention in this video- wearing things that everyone else was wearing, just because everyone else was wearing it (even if I didn't like it 🤷‍♀️)

My style mistakes were definitely buying sales (of thrifted) just because, and not having basics. ALSO, I’d buy something that was beautiful but that didn’t work for my closet.

One style mistake I was making for a while (especially thrifting) was buying something because of the brand it was rather than the actual style of the item and if it looked good on me. As I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to not be so focused on the brand and be more focused on the item itself.

Another great tip for "editing" your closet is ThredUP! I always clear out my closet and send them my clothes so I can get credit to buy new things!
