hahahah! i've burned a pan or two. like you said a learning experience. i use a certain brand of skillet i source at thrift stores. at least you are not cooking on teflon. teflon is plastic, who wants food cooked on plastic. 😳🙄😡 so keep on keeping on. you are progressing nicely with your cooking adventures. keep oosting

well tedd, if you don't mind please sir and since the skillet is completely destroyed anyway.... respectfully it's probably just as well that the skillet is no more. i know who dave canterbury is, , ... he's an outdoors survival specialist who teaches things, runs a school and sells outdoor products. someone mentioned canterbury on your other skillet video and i must say that colonel sanders isn't needed in-order to cook any chicken and dave canterbury isn't needed in any real cook's kitchen anywhere in the world. so dave canterbury knows no more about SS skillets or any skillets than any grandma in N. America. especially when it comes to real cooking. i also saw jujitsu2000's video on the cook set he has with this skillet as a part of it. IMHO for outdoors use a SS skillet isn't the very best selection no matter how thick it's bottom is. SS in skillets complicates matters and especially where temp control can't be controlled as well outdoors as indoors. the ceramic one you have now most likely will prob prove easier for you to use w/o complications (maybe). everyone's different of course. i do a lot of cooking and a lot of outdoors things. there's no way i personally would ever select a SS skillet when i weren't in a full kitchen indoors. i think a skillet's type is unlike any other pot or pan when considering what can be successfully cooked in them or not. stuck-on clean-up also is not fun especially outdoors. well that's my 2-cents and prob all it's worth, but enjoyed your video very much and sorry you no longer have your new SS skillet. thumbed up / please keep making videos!!!
