I would love for you to comment on the validity of vibration plates for reversing or ceasing bone loss. Any studies that you can refer to would be most helpful.

Thank you for the free videos. I am just getting started, and I have learned so much already. I have RA, especially in my hands, and might have trouble gripping a resistance band. You show a plain flat band in your videos, but the links are to looped bands. I am wondering which ones work best for those with gripping problems? The bands without loops would have excess to wrap around. What do you think?

Planning to do Stomp & Reach for better bones. Also prefer cross lateral S & R (second version), purportedly better for neural coordination. A street thug stated that he chooses homolateral walkers as victims because it would be easier to push them off balance.
