Richard and I worked together at an elementary school in Terre Haute for many years. I loved getting to school early and hearing him sing. His voice carried through the hallways beautifully. Nicest guy too! Humble for sure.

He sings in a cover band on weekends around the Terre Haute area. The band is called Manopause (middle-aged guys). They play, and he sings Journey, Damn Yankees.38 Special, Guns n Roses, Alice in Chains, Led Zepplin, etc.. the band has a Facebook page.

This is absolutely the best audition ever, and a joy to watch people react to! It's so awesome! Simon's jaw drop, him completely gobsmacked, Terry jumping up and down like an excited kid at Christmas, Richard, so shy and nervous at first, but then completely in his element as he sang! I can't wait to see what he does next! I think he'd do a good job with some Aerosmith, maybe?💙

Yeah, I heard this about 10 days ago. I didn’t even watch the show. I seen it on a notification on my YouTube. He is amazing. I have wash this thing probably 500 times he is special he’s very special and he is voice isn’t too far from Steve, Perry’s voice.
