Wow 😂 I have both in my cart and couldn’t pick which one. Nobody else had a video comparison.

Thanks

Also bag both and fully agree how perfect 1-2 punch they are.

Just fyi, if you really want to go to that Nikko style chop forehand with ridiculous angles, give an Orbit Rive a try. My 2023 version was more OS than a Stiletto out of box and eventually it beat into what a stock Rive is out of the box.

I havn't thrown the Strive yet, but I put it in the slot the Ballista is supposed to be T -1, F3 and the Ballista (my max distance driver) T -2, F3, putting the Bolt to T -2, F2/3. The Rive is b33f compared, hard to get above 330' without a big "uncontrolled flex" on the backhand, the forehand is something we will keep quiet for a while longer :P

Rive has been my go to driver the last couple years but somehow didn't realize the strive existed. Have one coming today. I'm hoping i like it enough to keep the tern and shrke out of the bag.

You can think about the stability in many ways, one is obviously the height of the parting line, but the other is the radial mass distribution. If you have convex edge it has more outwards radius mass distribution than straight or concave edge. The more convex it it, the further the mass can be from the centre. Concave shape means the mass must be elsewhere. Looking at just one side of the disc is not enough, gotta analyze both sides. Esp. mids and approach discs have often very convex top and concave bottom.

Have both and they are so good me forehand. Strive gets some beautiful lines while the Rive is amazing for anny flex lines. Royal plastic is amazing as well. I use a Fission Photon if I need something just a little slower.

I always see "STARVE" when i first look at this disc.

Been throwing a rive for awhile, and it has beat in to almost be identical to the shape you throw that strive on. This has me weary to throw a strive due to if it beats in, will it just become a roller?

What are the distance here? My prototype is wildly understabel.

Is it just a faster Grace? Or is it more stable?

strive is way to flippy, its more of a -3 disc

i find it very difficult to take these kind of reviews seriously.. bad form, can't hit the same line twice.. how would you know unless you're actually capable of throwing a 13 speed. no offense man, not trying to be mean
