Most people are just too dumb to know when someone is on PEDs. Bryson Dechambeau(PGA Golfer) put on like 35-40 lbs. of muscle in 3-4 months and was like "Bro I just drank 7 protein shakes a day and lifted" and everyone ate it up. I'd point out he was most likely on PEDs and everyone came for me, it's honestly hilarious how most people can't tell when someone is on PEDs.

This information is NOT for newbies. If you have never lifted before, you can build a lot of muscle in 16 months without peds or supps. And it doesn't matter how old you are. I'm 66 and just started lifting 16 months ago. So far, the transformation has been phenomenal!

When Coach Greg brings up the point of a physique tbat fluctuates from being impressive to being unimpressive within a few months as a sign of PED use, I couldn't help but think of the slew of actors who are able to bulk up super quickly for a superhero movie, and then revert to looking soft when they are marketing that film a few months later. I am thinking of Chris Hemsworth, Jason Mamoa, or Chris Evans - just to name a few.

My biggest tell tell sign for roids is Massive boulder shoulders. I've probably almost never seen a natural with such 3d shapes. (To those who keep commenting about Hard work, I suggest you read the research data on people who sat all day doing nothing and took steroids, Steroids can double even triple your gains) You can train as much as you want, there is a natural limit attainable.

Coach Greg, this has nothing to do with your video, but i am doing 1 year cardio now and i lost 20 KG fat and i was never so lean before. Your ass kicking wake up's and talking about the benefits of cardio gave me huge motivation since then. I cant imagine to stop. I am really glad, i have found your channel 1 year ago
