Our issue is with the turning knob that sets the gas level. You push down to trigger the ignitor and I think that's what's stuck.

I tried this on a bosch range and it didn't resolve the issue either. Other suggestion? The burner lights but the clicking doesn't stop.

Please I seriously need help with my Samsung Gas Range Stove, I bought it used but almost like new.The first thing that I did on it was to change the orifice from natural gas to propane, after doing this I tested it and I noticed that all the igniters will be sparking even when it is just one face that I switch on then all the burners will just flame up boom just like that which I know is not normal.I have changed the igniter module, I have also changed the gas valve bar that came with all the five valves, I also changed a tube that I thought migh not be okay but the situation is still the same.I will really appreciate all the help that I can get from people that come accross and read my message to assist me in getting this stove back to a normal and safe working condition, we all know that these technicians will charge arm and leg if they are invited to check and fix things like this.Thanks and I look forward to hearing from people that are in the position to help.

I dont have a igniter to unplug its all on one circuit. No ignition no television 😂. But dont worry my landlord is off to the pub to watch football.

This doesn’t make sense to me, shouldn’t be the problem in the ignition button itself?

I opened the button and it seems like there is a piece missing that is supposed to put the spring back to its place.

If the spring is not pushed back the plate connecting the two wires will stay connected.

Well u didn’t really show it turning back on…and it looks like a different burner…

quickly stop that clicking or the igniter module will quickly wear out.
replacing that will be expensive.
