The Best Red Chile Beef Tamales

An easy beef tamale recipe filled with tender pieces of beef & mixed in a delicious red chile sauce all wrapped in a soft masa dough
Its the holidays & you just cannot start them without having some delicious tamales. So grab your ingredients..put on that apron & lets do this. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 packs of tamale meat(6-7 lbs each)
1 bag nm red chile
10 chile guajillo
5 chile california
5 chile puya
chile de arbol
5 garlic cloves
Piece of onion
3 laurel leaves
Salt
2 tbs baking powder(for masa)
2 lbs lard
1 tbs salt(for masa)
1 bag maseca
Juice from the meat
1 bag of hojas
This will make about 6-7 dozen
