She'll often have two a day. The nice thing is the only sweetener is honey and you can make it dairy free besides the heavy whipping cream in the foam.

I noticed you put the vanilla paste in before you heated the syrup. Maybe you already know this, but heat can cause some of the vanilla flavor to evaporate! So it's usually best to make the plain simple syrup first, and THEN add the vanilla, so you're not boiling the vanilla for too long.
