That was incredible but I would still classify that as traditional platforming rather than speed platforming.

The level design isn't designed around Sonic's speed, even a slower character like Mario could maneuver through, the difference being Sonic's moveset allows him to move faster through it but fundamentally it isn't built around speed.

Get real, you can easily slide off the platforms if you aren't careful. Even retail 06 doesn't have that issue
