With the gac fruit, u could soak some stickt rice about 1 and a half hour, when they are soaked enough, mix it with the gac fruit’s paste for about 1h and the rest is just cook it the way u would cook sticky rice. The rice now becomes very rich in flavour and have a decent color, sprinkle some sugar (if ur a sweet tooth like me) and enjoy it ☺️
For the nipa coco, u could take the flesh inside, put some crushed ice on it, mix with some condense milk, flake some dried flake coco or crushed peanut is also a great treat for the summer ☺️
