Poirier vs Gaethje is the most perfect BMF fight since the first one. It has to be guys who everybody wants to see win a belt but never did

people are complaining about why these two are figting for these belt. but people have to know that these are the ufc's most exiting fighters to watch. Almost there every fights are banger. they both may be had lost to charles and khabib. but charles, khabib, islam fights are not much exiting than these two's fights. Poirier and gaethje are best strikers to watch and they both have earned multiple fight of the night and fight of the year. In the whole ufc they both are the most suitable fighters for these belt.

BMF title holder should have a choice, wether to continue for a title run, or only take super fights. There needs to be a good reason for holding it, can’t be giving it to guys that lose every title unifier without there being a catch

The thing about the BMF tittle you missed is that the UFC would have to give out more ppv points and bigger contracts to its holders… they would have to give a piece of the pie to many more people…

I will never, ever forget how they even had boxing's greatest lightweight, one of the BMF's of history, the Hands of Stone, one of the Four Kings, Roberto Duran, in with Jorge Masvidal, when he won that belt, and yet they had an actor, Dwayne Johnson, to put the belt on instead. Insanity. What an insult to Duran's numerous contributions to combat sports.

I think BMF belt should be a real pro wrestling style belt. No real rules or restrictions about weight classes or rankings. Just the best, most fun fights

Mike Tyson is a great option. He represents boxing though. I think it should be a UFC hall of famer. When I hear a BMF I think of someone like Don “The Predator” Frye. Someone that isn’t afraid of any fight win or lose.

Having a bmf title for each division or in general triviliazes the entire idea of having the ufc. It’s just for ones who can’t wrestle lol
