I really like the fact that after Order 66 Palpatine no longer tried to cloud the mind of the Jedi, hence the changes in them are visible. Yoda knew that Anakin had become Vader and warned Kenobi that the truth would only bring him pain. And Kenobi actually knew how to find his former student, but he didn't want to do it so much that he tried to find a reason for Yoda. Kenobi also knew that Padme's child was Anakin's. Ahsoka felt what had already happened to Anakin.
