Interesting facts about the Hebrew language

In the previous video, we discussed Eliezer Ben-Yehuda's struggle to modernize the Hebrew language and revive it. This very difficult challenge turned out to be a great success and the vast majority of Israelis speak Hebrew.

However, it is worth noting that even today there are groups of Jews in Israel who do not speak Modern Hebrew. This is because they say Hebrew is a holy language and it must be respected.
