I think she did some simple grammar mistakes ( last Saturday I play..) which prevents her to get 8 and her speech includes few pronunciation mistakes. Lexical resources and coherence are great but in my opinion, this speech deserves 7.5 as it is given.

I got band 7.5 (L8.5, R8.0, S7.5) in 7 days preparation.
It doesn't matter if you are an expert in the English language & grammar or not. There are some simple tricks to get your desired band score. I had a study gap of 4 years and I didn't study English for almost 7 years, still I managed to score nearly band 8.0.

It’s too bad that IELTS speaking tests are subject to examiners bias ; as though her pronunciation is not that good and It was challenging for me personally to understand many words that were mispronounced, she managed to nail a score of 7.5 which is quite surprising and unfair in my perspective.

also make sure the subtitles are in correct English, especially the word 'language' that is misspelled as 'langauge'
