If it can cause complete loss of fertility, I think I’d just stick with the rubber.

Very good video and it was really helpful. But as a woman who takes the contraceptive pill I'd want to clarify things a bit. The fact that this pill causes side effects to women is well known. But by now there are so many brands and quite a few options that there are possibilities for women to find a birth control option that won't have massive side effects/influence them like that. Most sane woman with corresponding possibilities will take the chance to change her contraceptives if they cause discomfort. I fully understand any person that would drop out of an experiment that caused them certain physical/mental struggles. So in my eyes it's in no way justified to laugh at them backing out.

There is an injectable male birth control in India that is undergoing human trials called RISUG last I heard of it this had been updateded in December of 2019 and in America there is one called Vasalgel February 2017. I cant wait!! I'm excited for this opportunity. My opinion probably doesn't matter because I'm a woman taking about male birth control but I am very happy about it. I'm one of about a thousand woman in my county of San Bernardino who can't be on hormonal birth control. The only options I had was a coper IUD that was too large for my frame, condoms or a tubal ligation. My husband was strictly against using condoms from the start so I had a tubal ligation. Worst surgery ever. It took 2 weeks to somewhat recover and about 6 months to be able to do light physical sessions in the gym without pain. If there was a possibility to put my husband on some type of male birth control I would have jumped at the chance because this surgery I had (tubal ligation) came with lasting complications.

It's been in development since the investor meeting got raided by feminists in the 70's. Do not blame men for this as the feminists stated that only women should be in control of birth.

Ffs this is not a men vs women issue and if it is sure let's play that game. Women have to ability to choose whether they want those side effects and I gotta hope the rubber don't brake. So how's it men's fault when they literally have no option?

So in other words keep wearing protection but I personally don’t want any kids so if there was another option for male birth control without all of the crazy side effects I would take it. I asked my doctor years ago about what I can do to prevent from having kids & he said there’s always a testosterone shot as he explained it to me once I start it, it’s going to completely shut my boys downs but idk the short or long term side effects to it.

Not man enough ... impotence and infertility is really scary for man ... would take the risk ... if 1 out of a 100 female lost fertility for taking contraceptives you really think they would take it .... I don't think so ... I'm pretty sure in the first 10 years of the pills they were issues and lots of woman where scared to take it ... if it take 60 years for equal results in male contraceptives then so be it ... but it will take probably less since we're lot more advanced then 60 years ago XD

No not if erectile dysfunction is a side effect not worth it the moment you can’t get it up it’s like what’s the point then

Not sure I'd trust someone who said they were taking it to be honest. I'd insist on additional contraception. Besides it doesn't stop the spread of STIs.
