Advancing risk assessment science: Biological hazards (19 Sept, part 1)

This session focuses on biological hazards/threats at global scale and considers the challenges to risk assessment, from a One Health perspective. Three topics – vector-borne zoonoses, microorganisms intentionally introduced to the food chain, and antimicrobial resistance – will be used to illustrate the challenges ahead.
