So, clearly I am not operating on a super slim tight budget trying to save us much as I can. But I'm good with addressing that, because as long as I follow that golden rule of never spending more than I make in a month, we good 🤙 It's not ideal, but as I mentioned in the vid, vancity is so expensive that you can truly only save SO MUCH - for me these days it's more about getting that earning potential up than the amount I can cut back. Trying to get my money up and my funny up if you know what im sayin 🙏

I love anything Vancouver! We just came back a few weeks ago. We are from the GTA (Toronto) and found Vancouver so charming, but older not like the latest, greatest new infrastructure, state of the art buildings, malls, airports in TO but the Vancouver scenery is AMAZING. We stayed on the West side in an Airbnb close to the Dundarave Village!! Loved it! Use your new camera and shoot some photos over there? The beautiful lush landscaping surrounding the amazing houses with those unbelievable views!!! WOW WOW! WOW! Drive straight up 22nd st and take photos of the water looking back! I can't forget that view!
Love Vancouver! The west side in particular!😊

I keep trying to find cheap/free activities to do this summer in Vancouver but I always end up spending so much money. If I go to a food festival, I buy food. Even going out for food and drinks can get expensive. I liked the idea of painting on the beach, as that can be a fun activity to do that doesn't cost too much money. I'll have to do that before summer is up

Don't go to a financial advisor unless they're also a fiduciary. Not all financial advisors are legally obligated to give you good advice, some just sap people dry. Also bro I hope you don't live by that parking spot because the codes on them are area specific, gotta watch out for the crazies.

Interesting that your new client is from Montreal. I also live in the city but I’m seriously considering moving to BC. It’s more affordable in Montreal but bill 96 is making it practically impossible to find employment here. There’s no future in this province it keeps getting worse 😅
