How To Make Eggless Cakes | Moist Chocolate Cake, Fluffy Vanilla Cake Eggless Recipes

I absolutely LOVE a good, soft, and moist vanilla cake on some days and on others what’s better than the same old classic chocolate cake? So today, I am sharing an Eggless Vanilla Cake & Chocolate Cake recipe with you which can be used in your kitchen as a sponge for a layered cake or as a simple tea cake!

Ingredients:
For vanilla cake -
2 + ¼ (270g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoon (6g) baking powder
1 ½ cup (428g) yogurt
1/2 teaspoon (3g) baking soda
1 + ¼ cup (280g) caster sugar
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 ½ teaspoon (7ml) vanilla extract

For chocolate cake -
¾ cup (90g) cocoa powder
¾ cup (180ml) hot water
1 tablespoon (12g) coffee powder
1 + ½ cup (300g) caster sugar
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
1 cup (285g) yogurt
1 + ½ cup (180g) flour
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (3g) baking soda
Pinch of salt

I usually don’t leave comments but I used this recipe for the chocolate and It’s the moistest chocolate cake I’ve ever made. I didn’t have yogurt so I used sour cream but it’s still came out delicious. I also made chocolate buttercream and a chocolate ganache to top. So good!

Tried the vanilla cake today and OMG!! IT CAME OUT REALLY FLUFFY, MOIST AND TASTED AMAZING!! I used 1 cup of granulated sugar instead of castor and had to cook mine for an additional 40mins (Total cooking time took me around 1h15mins) ONLY because I used a "glass cake pan". Your cooking time will differ depending on your oven and cake pan! So no need to panic guys MINE still came out perfectly and is now my fav go to eggless recipe 🤗❤️

The cake batter was a bit hard so I added 1 tbsp of milk. Also I baked for 45 mins for the cake to come out perfect! It tastes amazing 😇

The vanilla cake turned out amazing... Soft, moist and delicious. Substituted the oil for 180g of butter and used only 220g of sugar and it was wonderful.

Tried your chocolate cake recipe and the cake came out perfect. Made some tweaks - 1.added 3/4 cup sugar instead of 1+1/2. 2.added 1/2 hot almond milk 3. Used ghee instead of oil. Best cake I ever baked ❤Thanks for sharing the recipe.

i forgot buying yogurt so I'll use cream chease. This cake had a signifiance in my Life in August. I am rebaking it now while my husband is here. Let's see. I baked this on stovetop, in a nonstick vessel, turned out yummy! I reduced the sugar quantity and topped with melted white chocolate instead. It was yummmmyyy! Thank you shivesh!
