Once upon a time, you could have weapon prefixes, like the unreal prefix for ranger weapons, on ammunitions, like arrows, rockets...
You could also make a massive, or a tiny The Grand Design...
But the map with these items with prefixes they should not have was rendered useless after an update, as every items lost their prefixes...
