This is outdated information, skip PS version 4.0. Windows 7 users can update to Windows PowerShell 5.1 by installing Windows Management Framework 5.1.

I'm trying to install the NET framework 4.5 but is saying "same or higher version of .NET Framework 4.5 has already been installed on this computer." What should I do now
