Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 kg.
Salt.
Flour - 200 g.
Sunflower oil.
Eggs - 2 pcs.

Recipe:
Potatoes grate (coarse grater).
Knock eggs.
Season with salt.
Add the flour.
Fry pancakes with 2 sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Fry pancakes for about 7 minutes on each side.
