Hey man I'm just a guy on the internet, you don't have to listen to me but as a fellow F8X 6MT owner, here's a tip:

Don't hold the clutch in at a stoplight, it's terrible for your throw out bearing and clutch in general, anything longer than a couple seconds will cause excessive wear. If you're fast enough, you can have it turn green, go into 1st and get moving before normal traffic does with minimal wear on your system. Neutral with left foot off clutch and right foot on brake is what I was taught.
