"Working full-time while studying" rule is for a selective group of students: (1) those who were in Canada with their study permits (and allowed to work off-campus) on 7th Oct 2022; or (2) those who applied for their study permit on or before Oct 7th 2022 and waiting for approval. For students who applied for their study permits after 7th Oct 2022, the old "working 20 hours a week while studying" rule remains.
IRCC should fix this unfair situation and apply the same rule to all students.

Full time students ki reason say remaining students ko koi jobs ni mil ri, bcoz full time students book entire year advanced booked shifts, so other students have no part time jobs. Sure for ending full time shifts

The waiver on the 20-hour-per-week limit on the number of hours international students are allowed to work off campus while class is in session will be extended to April 30, 2024. International students already in Canada, as well as applicants who have already submitted an application for a study permit as of December 7, 2023, will be able to work off campus more than 20 hours per week until that time.
